Position Overview

- Perform social media audits and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing our social media presence.
- Analyze metrics and analytics from social media platforms to measure effectiveness and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice in all communications and engage with audiences in real-time.
- Educate and advise team members on emerging platforms, tools, and trends in the social media landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or a related role.
- Proficient understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen sense for storytelling and brand alignment.
- Proven ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies that yield measurable results.
